Co.R.E. competes at Bears Robotics Friday Night Fever

January 30th, 2022 by Charles Worden, Robotics Mentor

It was a rush at Bears Friday Night Fever as Co.R.E won 5 of their 6 qualifying matches and secured an extra win point through some clever coordination with their match partner OCS 8214C, ranking 1st after qualifiers. They paired with Lake George Warriors team 64040A for finals and were unfortunately knocked out by the Queensbury 8876A & C alliance in Quarter Finals. The team was able to score a combined skills score of 320 (260 driver and 60 autonomous) placing them 5th in Northern NY and 10th in the entire state and in the same round they secured the extra win point, their alliance was able to score a 202, the highest scoring match of the evening.

The [Co.R.E.] Robotics team competes next at RIT on February 27.

Co.R.E. Robotics Team 34000E members Skylar Clark, Hailey McNitt, Jessica Graham, and Kaleigh Doyle (along with robot Ernie) prepare to compete at Bears Robotics Friday Night Fever. Co.R.E.
