Sandy Creek Central School District

District Information & Resources

In preparation for the 2020-2021 school year, the Sandy Creek team continues to work on implementing our posted reopening plan. The reopening plan can be found on our COVID-19 web page. Additionally, we have assembled a wide variety of resources on this Back to School page to help our students and families better prepare for the return to school. These resources include topics based on individual grade levels or buildings. We will continue to add welcome back tools and resources so please check this page periodically.

Due to current COVID-19 regulations please note that parents must call ahead to make an appointment with the school nurse to bring in any medications or inhalers. Please contact their office at extensions 1503 & 1505.

The first day of school is Tuesday, September 8th. School begins at 8am and students will be dismissed at 1:30pm. The first day of school for 7th-12th grade will have Blue Comets in person and will be an “A” letter day. White Comets will attend their first in person day on Wednesday, September 9th. A calendar with cohort information and letter days was sent to all parents, and it can be found on our website. White Comets will be expected to engage remotely on September 8th. Middle and high school students should check their emails for information from teachers prior to the start of school. Any students that need a Chromebook or IPad, please call the main office to set up an appointment to pick it up.
