Boys Varsity XC

The Boys Varsity Cross Country team has had great success this season. Led by Senior Captains Chase Pappa, Jesse Cornell, and Junior Seth Lurcock, the team has many assets that are making this season so successful. Captain Chase Pappa says, "Running is not something everyone enjoys and even just hearing the phrase "running" sends fear into their brain. However, there are people in this world that enjoy the feel of the pain burning in their legs from every stride, these boys are those people." Coach Patti King is looking for the boys to have a great race and top finishes at the Section 3 Class D Championship Race on Saturday November 5th at Chittenango High School. The team has a record of 2-4 with wins coming against a strong Watertown and Indian River teams.
