Modified Softball

The Modified Softball team just started off their season, and has shown immense potential. On the field, the team works
together as if they've been playing with each other for years, even though it has only been a couple months. The team is coached by Mr. Fowler, who stepped down from varsity just a few years ago. The girls really like him as a coach and hope that he continues.
The team is really big this year with eighth graders: CJ Barney, Catie-ann Blodgett, Ashley Cornell, Deanna Hathway, Madeleine
Palmer, Samantha Ranieri, and Alyssa Rudd. The seventh graders make up a large portion of the team with: Kendall Darling, Lindsey Felio, Jessica Graham, Rachel Griffiths, Madison Lamica, Abigail Lantry, Dakota Mackey, Hayli McCarty, Hailey McGrew, Hailey Norton,
Alexia Phillips, and Olivia Rudd.
Looking forward to a great season, the team plans to work as hard as they can to come out on top. Coach Fowler says that
his team is a "Good group of girls, who work hard." The Sandy Creek Softball Program has a legacy of meeting everyone's expectations and this team looks like they will carry on this legacy for many years.
