Comets Cheerleaders

Who are we!!! SCC!!!The Comets' cheer teams are having great seasons. With Varsity winning the Section 3 title in the fall they are on their way to winning it again this year. They started the season off by winning first at the Frontier League competition for Class C and best overall. Seniors Kim Distasio, Bailey Laundre, Sara Castor and Mikayla Russell won Section 3 Class C Division and advanced to the first ever NYSPHSSA competition at SRC arena March 5th and will go on to win states, along with Jessica Leppien, Lindsey Goodnough, Dallas Blair and Savannah Brown. Bailey Laundre and Mikayla Russell won Section 3 All Stars. Varsity and Modified was Coached by the great Ms.V.
JV also had a great season with seniors Tori Vazquez, Trisha Joy, Emmalee Bulluck, and Alesha Phelps. They lead their team to have great performances with great spirit, with winning first at the competition at West Genesee. The team performed at four competitions this season. Alyssa Smith, Christina Perkins, Mayson Mullin, Alexis Miley, Brooke Rogers, and Dylan Hall contributed to the season. Miss Whitney was the coach for JV this season.
Gabby Brown, Emily Yousey, Courtney Gushlaw, Imani Dawkins, Sam White, Andrea Jennings performed an excellent exhibition.
