JV Volleyball had an amazing season this year despite being mainly middle schoolers. They ended the season with a 7-7 record. The very young team faced many old and experienced teams and came out victorious. The girls did an amazing job learning a new rotation and playing at a faster pace. Mrs. Fowler has been coaching JV volleyball for several years now and has never failed to put the love of volleyball in each and everyone of them. Mrs. Fowler was assisted by Ms. Hager, who played in high school and used her knowledge of the sport to help coach the athletes. Sixth grader, Mary Carnes also gave up her free time to manage both JV and Varsity and did an excellent job.

Both Modified Volleyball teams did an excellent job and ended the season with a 5-5 record. Many girls went out for the team and either made the eighth grade team or the seventh grade team. The young athletes learned the basics of volleyball: how to set, pass, serve, and hit, which will help them later in their volleyball careers. Even though he had little experience in the sport, Mr. Hunt helped coach both teams alongside Mr. Klopotowski; who has coached both teams for many years.
