| Green, red, kidney, lima, or soy are just a few of the different kinds of beans recognized on National Bean Day on January 6th. This day celebrates the bean in all sizes, shapes, and colors. Not only are beans an exceptionally healthy meal and snack choice, but they supply an excellent source of fiber. |
| Attention 7th & 8th graders there is open wrestling today 3:15-4:15. Wrestling is a coed sport, all are encouraged to come and try it out. |
| Welcome back hockey fans! The Ontario Bay Storm hockey team racked up two impressive wins over the break, and is looking to add to their winning streak. Come down to the Haldane Arena in Pulaski tonight, when Ontario Bay will host Baldwinsville at 7:30, and again this Thursday, when Ontario Bay goes up against Fayetteville-Manlius at 7:30. That's two home games this week - Tuesday and Thursday, both at 7:30. Come pack the student section and cheer on O'Bay! |
