| Last night we held our district Battle of the Books competition. Congratulations to all who participated. Two teams will be moving on to represent Sandy Creek at the County competition at the college, SUNY Oswego. The 3rd and 4th-grade winning team members are: Magnolia Bushie, Aubree Barker, and Quinn Brimmer. The 5th-grade winning team is Gabe Vasquez, Dexter Waszkiewicz, and Ashton Falso. Best of luck in March! |

| Valentine's Day is Saturday! The Class of 2027 will be selling carnations for $2 a piece during lunches this Thursday and Friday. Red, pink, and white carnations available. Cash only! We will only have a limited amount, so it will be first come, first serve! |

Two teams will be moving on to represent Sandy Creek at the County competition at SUNY Oswego. Our middle school winners are Emerson Spencer, Eva McGrath, and Deek Decker. After two tense tie-breaking questions, Leia Wall and Maiah Owen will lead the team at the county battle, with Haidyn Soluri and Jacoby Balcom providing alternate support. Best of luck in March! |
