“In which book did…” is the beginning of each question in the Battle of the Books literary competition. Students read a specific list of books, chosen for their grade level, and judges then ask sixteen questions about those books. Teams are asked to name the title of the book and the author’s name and receive points for the correct answers.
The District Level Battle will take place on February 7th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the High School Auditorium. Grade level battles will include: 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th, 7th & 8th and 9-12. The top team from each level will move on to represent Sandy Creek in the Oswego County Battle of the Books on February 28th at 6:00 p.m. in the Oswego High School Auditorium.
