Sandy Creek Welcomes Author Gordon Korman

Esteemed author, Gordon Korman, recently paid Sandy Creek Middle School students a visit to talk about his books and his life as an author. Korman held a Q&A session with students after his presentation, and even stayed behind to meet with them individually and sign their books.

"I think it's great for our students to be able to meet the author of so many of the books they read," said School Librarian, Rachel Allen. "For me, as a librarian, Mr. Korman is a bit of a celebrity. "

Korman's visit represents one of the many unique opportunities and experiences that the students of Sandy Creek Central Schools have.
