Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is a free program available to children (newborn until age 5) that provides one book every month to children who are registered. The Sandy Creek Central School District is proud to be one of the first participating schools in Oswego County to offer this literacy initiative! Hannibal Central School District launched the program in the fall and other districts are poised to launch in the near future.

Dolly Partons Imagination Library will help you read with your child. There are many reasons parents do not read to their child, but we can eliminate one of them. Every child will have books of their very own, at no cost to you, thanks to Literacy Coalition of Oswego County and Dolly Parton.

Each month a new, carefully selected book will be mailed in your childs name directly to your home. He/she can look forward to new and exciting reading adventures from Dolly Partons Imagination Library until he/she turns five years old as long as you remain a resident of the Sandy Creek Central School District. Should the child move outside the Sandy Creek Central School District, he/she automatically exits the program.

Dolly Partons Imagination Library is a FREE GIFT to our children! All you need to do is read to your children.

Who Is Eligible?
Preschool children (birth until their fifth birthday) of Sandy Creek Central School District.
What Are My Responsibilities?

How Can I Help?
