Sandy Creek Central School District proudly announces Tricia Peter Clark, class of 2000, as the 2026 inductee to the SCCS Wall of Distinction. This prestigious honor recognizes graduates who have demonstrated professionalism, distinction and moral character while serving as positive role models.
Clark has built a distinguished career dedicated to improving healthcare access and strengthening rural communities. As President and Chief Executive Officer of ConnextCare, she leads a network of federally qualified health centers focused on delivering high-quality, integrated healthcare services throughout Oswego County.
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Clark has advanced strategic growth, innovative care models and expanded access to primary care, behavioral health and dental services. She holds an MBA in leadership from St. Joseph's College of Maine and a Bachelor of Science in health services from D'Youville College. She is also a Fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Clark's commitment to community health, workforce development and service has made a lasting impact throughout the region. She was nominated in recognition of her professional accomplishments, dedication to others and the example she continues to set for SCCS students and alumni.
