Music, mystery and a journey to the past will come to the stage at Sandy Creek Central School as students perform the Broadway musical "Anastasia" in their upcoming production.

Inspired by the legend of Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanov, the show follows a young woman searching for her identity and her place in the world.

The cast includes Lyndi Fitzgerald, Anya; Simon Preston, Dmitry; Brody Pecha, Vlad; Ryder Forss, Gleb; Karlie Ayers, Lily; Haidyn Soluri, Dowager; Amelia Crast, Little Anastasia; Adelle Harris, Tsarina; Layton Gibbons, Tsar; and Ewan Crast, Alexei.

Ensemble cast members include Ciara Allen, Peyton Brown, Alyssa Campbell, Haylee Coulter, Cordelia Crast, Lily Duncan, Mailei Fellows, Mia Howland and Lexxi Willson.

Ensemble roles include Haidyn Soluri as Drunk 2; Amelia Crast as Ghostly Woman and Peasant; Adelle Harris as Paulina and Noble; Mailei Fellows as Marketeer, Drunk 1, Police Officer 1, Sergei and French Reporter; Mia Howland as Leopold, Drunk 3, Marketeer and Peasant; Alyssa Campbell as Imperial Sister 2, Policeman 2 and Countess Greg; Cordelia Crast as Imperial Sister, German Reporter and Dunya; Haylee Coulter as Marfa, Russian Reporter and Drunk 4; Peyton Brown as Soldier, Comrade and Count Greg; Lily Duncan as Imperial Sister; and Lexxi Willson as Smoker and Black Marketer.
"Anastasia" features a book by Terrence McNally, music by Stephen Flaherty and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens.

The production is presented through special arrangement with Concord Theatricals.

Performances will take place Friday, March 13, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 14, at 2 p.m. in the Sandy Creek Central School auditorium.

Presale tickets may be purchased from cast and crew members from Feb. 23 through March 11 for $10 for adults and $8 for students. Tickets will also be available at the door for $12 for adults and $10 for students.
