HS/MS Daily Announcements for Tuesday September 24th, 2024

Morning
Attention High School students who are interested in a leadership group called LOCY that meets monthly with other Oswego County students---please see Ms. V in guidance if you would like to apply.
Spirit Week will be September 30-October 4 Mon. 9/30: America Day Tues. 10/1: Superhero Day Wed. 10/2: Way Back Wednesday Thurs. 10/3: Pink Day for breast cancer awareness and Toga Day for seniors Fri. 10/4: Blue and White Day Hats may only be worn on America day, which should match the theme. Comet hats only may be worn on Blue and White Day.
If you are staying after and plan to ride a bus home, make sure you sign up on the school management system page.
There will be an Army recruiter here today during High School lunches.
Girls modified soccer lost to Lowville yesterday. Leiah Bristol scored both goals. Harper Fahnestock and Avery Maxon each chipped in with an assist. Claire Willson made 7 saves and Autumn Trumble made 6 saves during the game. The girls play at General Brown today. Good luck!!

Afternoon
The Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, 10/5 in the high school gym. There will be a $5 admission fee at the door and a concession stand available for snacks and glow accessories to purchase. Dress to impress! Grades 6-8 will be from 6-8 pm and Grades 9-12 will be from 8-10 pm. Any high school student who wants to bring a guest from another school must pick up a guest form from the main office.
Student Drivers! Make sure you come to the office and fill out a parking permit form
Attention Seniors: Please sign up for tug-of-war outside of Mr. Cook's room.
Freshman Wall Work will continue today in the Commons Area from 6-8.
Sophomores-If you wish to be on the tug of war team please sign up outside Mr. Halsey's room. It is first come, first serve.
