HS/MS Daily Announcements for Wednesday October 2nd, 2024

Any junior who has a study hall/free period, please come to Mrs. Halko's room to work on the wall.

Afternoon
Reminder to all High School Students who would like to bring a guest from another school to the Homecoming Dance. You must have all approved dance passes signed by their principal and yours before 3 o'clock on Wednesday of next week. Nobody will be allowed to enter the dance without a pre approved dance pass. There will be no exceptions. No guests will be allowed at the middle school dance.
Attention Freshman: Wall building will take place today from 5:00-8:00 in the Commons Area.
Last night the Sandy Creek Cross Country teams ran extremely well against very tough teams from Beaver River and General Brown. Brayden Ashby finished in second place for the boys varsity division. Ryan Jiles performed a very complicated tuck-and-roll maneuver during the race and still managed to turn in a personal record time of 27:45. Also recording personal record times for this season were Sophie Harris and Alyssa Campbell. Congratulations team!
The Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, 10/5 in the high school gym. There will be a $5 admission fee at the door and a concession stand available for snacks and glow accessories to purchase. Dress to impress! Grades 6-8 will be from 6-8 pm and Grades 9-12 will be from 8-10 pm. If you are on the homecoming court, make sure to dress up!
