The Sandy Creek Drama department will present “Willy Wonk and the Chocolate Factory” onstage March 9-10 with show times at 7:00 pm both nights.

The story follows Charlie Bucket, played by Noah Reff, a sweet, unselfish, poor boy who has always been fascinated by the happenings at the factory. Only five tickets are available for a fantastic tour of a mysteriously secretive chocolate factory run by Mr. Willy Wonka, played by David Hennigan and his Oompa Loopas. The tickets are hidden inside of chocolate bars and the group that joins the tour are put to the test to see who will win a lifetime supply of chocolate and maybe a lot more.

This musical of pure, sweet imagination will appeal to all ages and the audience will be humming the delightful songs for weeks. The show is a must see!

Tickets are available at the door for $7 for adults; $5 for students and senior citizens; and children four and under are free. The show is under the direction of Sandy Kinney and Valerie Marshall.
