Sandy Creek HS Band Earns Gold!

The Sandy Creek High School Concert Band under the direction of Mr. Thomas Artini, received the highest rating possible in their category at the NYSSMA Major Festival at Fulton High School. The Band was awarded a "Gold Medal with Distinction". This honor is awarded to organizations that have demonstrated an exceptional level of technical and artistic skill on all three selections performed. This is the first time the Sandy Creek Concert Band has attended a NYSSMA Major Festival.
