Healthy Lifestyle Tips:
Get plenty of sleep (8-10 hours a night)
Find your passion (sports, fine arts, reading, etc.) and practice it regularly
Do your best to eat a well balanced diet
Exercise regularly (even if it’s just a quick walk!)
Know your schedule and plan your week ahead of time to minimize stress
Practice acts of self-care (do something that’s just for you each and every day)
Listen to your mind and body - it will help you know when you are doing too much or when something is wrong!
