Sandy Creek Central School District

An annual academic review is conducted with individual students in 6th through 11th grade in order to review credits, graduation requirements, post secondary plans, and course selection for the following year.

Invitations are sent to our parents beginning in October. Mrs. James coordinates student records and counsels students with last names A-L, while Ms. VanOrnum handles the remainder of the alphabet M-Z.

Each high school student has a Naviance account for career and college searches as well as an individual record folder with earned credits and competencies are recorded.

Small group and classroom discussions also occur throughout the year to discuss acceleration, required graduation credits and assessments, and academic success.
