05.01.2020: Updates on the 2019-20 school year, current services to continue

May 1st, 2020 by Brandon Wood, Public Relations

On May 1, 2020, Gov. Andrew Cuomo closed New York state school buildings for the remainder of the academic school year.

Moving forward, virtual and distance learning will continue, and plans will be developed in regard to end of year events based on provided guidance. A plan is also being developed to allow parents and students to retrieve their personal belongings from the district. Once the plan is developed, it will be widely publicized.

All other services provided by the district, including meal distribution, will continue.

Please know that we are all in this together. During this difficult period, we will do everything that we can to help our students succeed.
