Sandy Creek's Cheney advances to state cross country ski competition

Emily Cheney, a junior at Sandy Creek High School will advance to the Cross Country Ski State Championships at Mt. Van Hoevenberg outside of Lake Placid on Feb. 23 and 24. The Sandy Creek Varsity Boys' Basketball team was named Frontier League Class C Champions. The team is coached by Jim Hunt who was selected as Class C Division Coach of the Year.
