Students celebrate Dr. Seuss birthday and Read Across America Week

Puppet show drives home message of bus safety to students

The Sandy Creek Transportation Department presented a bus safety puppet show to teach and reinforce bus safety on and around the bus to students in grades Kindergarten to five. Preparations for Battle of the Books are underway

“In which book did…” is the beginning of each question in the Battle of the Books literary competition. Students read a specific list of books, chosen for their grade level, and judges then ask sixteen questions about those books.
