SCCS says goodbye to one of their best, Susan Bitz

On Saturday, July 27, Sandy Creek Central School lost it’s heart, in the form of a beloved teacher and above all friend, Susan Bitz. Bitz came to Sandy Creek as a student at age 15. She received her bachelor of science degree from LeMoyne College and her master’s in education degree from SUNY Oswego. Sandy Creek Student Selected to All State Symphonic Band

November 21st, 2012

Hannah Walker was selected through audition to the NYSSMA All State Conference Symphonic Band. The All State Symphonic Band is comprised of the highest achieving students from the entire state of New York. This honor will culminate with a performance in Rochester, NY on December 2nd. Hannah was also selected as the principal French Horn at the NYSSMA Zone 5 Area All State Festival in Potsdam, NY.

Sandy Creek HS Band Earns Gold!
